There is limited research which analyses cinema, void of a film's narrative from an architectural perspective. This is relevant when analysing the immaterial experience of 'cinematic architecture' and the effects it has on the viewing audience. This thesis explores how cinema and its illusions beyond a narrative can be used to influence the design of interior architecture?
